General & How It Works
Do your sections work with my Shopify theme?
Yes! Our sections are built with pure Liquid and CSS code. They are 100% compatible with all Shopify 2.0 themes, including Dawn, Sense, Impulse, Prestige, Concept, and many more. If your theme supports sections (most modern themes do), our code will work perfectly.
Is CRO Labs a Shopify App?
No. CRO Labs sections are not an app. They are clean Liquid code (sections) that you add directly to your theme. Unlike apps, our sections will not slow down your website speed because there's no external JavaScript loading.
Will this affect my site speed?
No. While many Shopify apps slow down websites with heavy JavaScript, our sections are written in lightweight Liquid and CSS code. This ensures your site runs at blazing fast speed with zero performance impact.
Installation
How do I install a section?
It's as simple as copy and paste. After purchase, you'll receive the section code and a step-by-step video tutorial. Go to your Shopify Admin > Online Store > Themes > Edit Code, create a new section file, paste the code, and you're done. The whole process takes 2-5 minutes.
Do I need coding knowledge?
Absolutely not! All our sections are designed for a "copy & paste" workflow. Once you copy the code we provide and paste it into your theme, you can customize everything (text, images, colors) through the Shopify visual editor. No programming skills required.
What if I need help installing?
No worries! You have two options: (1) Contact our support team and we'll guide you through the process for free, or (2) Select the "Done for you" variant ($49) and our team will install the section directly into your store within 24 hours.
What's the "Done for you" option?
For $49, our team handles the entire installation for you. Simply provide us with temporary access to your Shopify store, and we'll install and configure the section within 24 hours. You don't have to touch any code — just sit back and let us do the work.
Pricing & Licensing
Are there any recurring fees or subscriptions?
No! All our sections are a one-time purchase. You pay once and own the code forever. There are no monthly bills, no annual renewals, and no hidden fees. Ever.
Can I use a section on multiple stores?
One license is valid for one store only. If you want to use the same section on another Shopify store, you'll need to purchase a separate license for that store.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 14 days and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked. We believe in our product and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Will I receive future updates?
Yes! If we improve or update a section, you will receive that update for free. We continuously refine our sections based on the latest CRO research and customer feedback.
